1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NexBies, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. NexBies is a platform owned and operated by **Hope Max**.

NexBies is hosted on **Google Firebase**. You agree to abide by Google Firebase's Terms of Service and Privacy Policies where they apply to the infrastructure of this platform and its users.

2. Service Fee & Donations

NexBies is currently offered as a **free platform**. To maintain the infrastructure and high-performance hosting required to run this service, we invite and encourage voluntary donations from our users.

• Non-Refundable: All donations are voluntary and strictly non-refundable.
• Charitable Purpose: 100% of any donation amounts exceeding the direct costs to run and maintain the NexBies platform will be donated to **Hope Max** for charitable purposes.
• Registered Entity: Hope Max is a registered Nonprofit Organization (ABN: 32 326 397 838).

3. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexBies, Hope Max, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

DATA LOSS RESPONSIBILITY: We do not take responsibility for any loss of data, metadata, or organizational structure stored on the platform. It is your sole responsibility to maintain independent backups of your directory data.

4. Technical Support

Because this is a free/donation-supported platform, we do not provide dedicated or 24/7 technical support.

We offer support via email (**support@nexbies.com**) on a "Best Effort" basis only. We do not guarantee response times or specific resolutions for technical inquiries or bug reports.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Hope Max, or the platform's integrity.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which **Hope Max** is registered.
